A bet will be automatically voided and the stake refunded in the following circumstances:

• If a match or event does not start within the scheduled time or is postponed.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error and a bet is accepted at those odds.
• If the event is not rescheduled within 24 hours.
• If the official result cannot be determined.

Odds fluctuating during live betting is completely normal. Your bet will be settled at the odds displayed at the time it was confirmed. Occasional service delays may occur during live betting, which can result in a temporary suspension of bet placement.

Any account found to be involved in match-fixing or other fraudulent betting practices will be permanently closed and all associated winnings will be forfeited.

1benbet regularly offers bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which are clearly communicated before the bonus is claimed.

General Bonus Terms:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members once only.
• A specific wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses generally expire if not used within 30 days.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted.
• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses will result in all bonuses being forfeited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 1benbet. Engaging in any one of them may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Creating artificial betting patterns to abuse bonuses.
• Placing bets through match-fixing or misuse of insider information.
• Using automated software or bots to place bets.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other form of illegal financial activity.
• Hacking, phishing, or any other form of cybercrime.
• Harassing or defrauding other members.
• Operating an account under a false identity.

If such activities are identified, 1benbet reserves the right to take legal action and notify the relevant authorities as necessary.

1benbet may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause within the Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or deceptive activity.
• Failure to provide valid documents during the verification process.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period (12+ months).
• Regulatory authority directives.

Members may also request to close their account at any time. Before closure, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any eligible balance, unless the account is being closed due to fraud.

1benbet is committed to responsible betting above all else. Betting should be a form of entertainment, not a path to addiction. To support this, we provide the following tools free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limit: Set a maximum amount you are willing to bet within a given period.
